Academic Honesty Policy

Cheating will not be tolerated.  When a student is caught cheating, claiming another’s work as his or her own, or unfairly using information from the work of another person, parents will be contacted and the student(s) involved will receive no credit for the work.  Teachers may choose to assign detention and/or suspend the students involved.  If a student is caught cheating outside the class in which the assignment was made, the assigning teacher will be notified and in turn will contact the parent.
