Food Service Back to School Info

Sonora Union High School District takes part in the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program. Meal applications and instructions have been sent out in the back to school packets and are also available to be printed off our website as well as picked up at the campus throughout the school year. Please make sure you provide all required information as missing information will delay the processing of the meal application. District students that were qualified for the meal program last school year will have a 30 day grace period to resubmit an application for the current year, however new students have NO grace period and until their application is approved will need to bring a lunch from home or pay full price for.

All families regardless of eligibility please submit a completed and signed meal application.

Sonora High School and Cassina utilize a fully computerized system which requires each student to enter their ID number to receive meals regardless of their method of payment. There are several ways to put money on a student’s meal account including the online payment system, in person to any cashier, mail to 430 N Washington Street(ATTN gail staggs) If you have any questions please call Gail Staggs (209)532-5511 EXT 160
